In 2025, I built Upwork’s motion process deck, a guide that lays out how motion work gets made from start to finish. It sets the foundation for our production pipeline and gives the internal creative team, cross-functional partners, and freelancers a shared way of working. It also became part of onboarding for new hires and freelancers, so they could get up to speed without needing one-on-one walkthroughs.
